HOW WE WORK:
Client based strategies are developed that are goal focused, always practical , above all, actionable.
01. Initial meeting and strategy
A Free initial consultaion ensures both parties are aware of our mutual goals and parameters for the project. The strategy, services required, time frame and fee structure are agreed prior to commencement of any work.
02. Liasion and contacts listing
A vital ingredient is the agreed listing of client contacts and preferred communication. Also those third party services that may be required eg removalists, furniture restorers, stylists.
03. Sale of unwanted items
The real work starts here. Discussions are held re items for sale and possible sales prices. Advice is given as to current market values with the client having the final say on reserve pricing.
04. Closure
A project is closed when the client is satisfied that the agreed goals have been met. However, if this has not been achieved in the original time frame we endeavour to contine until an agreed point of completion is reached.
FEE STRUCTURE
FEES are tailored to each project. They may take the form of a Commmission on Sales, Hourly fee or Project Cap Fee.
Only after discussion with the client can the most cost effective and mutually agreeable rate be determined.
Perhaps a combination of fees would suit your situation.
